Running the 20s

The arrival of a new decade brings with it the perfect opportunity to look at making positive changes. We believe that regular exercise is a fundamental contributor to good health and mental wellbeing.

Launching at the beginning of the year we will be running a series of virtual challenges, each with their own medal to help you record and build on your progress through the year.

The challenges will suit a whole range of abilities and will be aimed at helping participants to set and attain achievable goals.

We will also provide useful and fun running and training tips to help you progress.
